Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support project managers and delivery teams in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in project management.

Job Location: Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Support documentation management, ensuring all project records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks, delays, or resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and project status updates for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining project trackers, timelines, and budgets.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
