Job description:
Proficient in managing Service, maintenance & operations with proven abilities in reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiencies of the same.
Primary responsibility is data analysis, determining warranty conditions, and providing recommendations for repair activities.
Expert in taking care service support, and commissioning activity for whole Gujrat region.
Preparation of work instructions, process flows, and analyzing various field data.
Advanced Training of Field Service Engineers as needed.
Works exp with high voltage, DC electricity, three phase AC power.
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction while striving to lower the costs of field service.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults remotely for three-phase solar equipments.
Technical Escalation(JIRA) for typical cases and root cause analysis
Process customer queries and error notifications sent to the service line at our branch.
Spare part management.
Service Partner handling.
