Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with queries related to gold loans, payments, and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Coordinate with the branch and operations team for issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, or pending documents.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and courteous service.
  • Prepare and share daily call and follow-up reports with the team leader.

  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
  • Teamwork and time management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or service desk roles
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

Working Days & Timing:

  • 6 Days a Week (Sunday Holiday)
  • Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,697.90 per month
