Igniting Minds Aerospace Private Limited is an AS9100 Rev D Certified Company specializing in the manufacturing of aerospace components, tooling, and ground support equipment. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and a skilled team, we ensure the production and timely delivery of precision products to clients across India, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Singapore, and Australia. Our expertise lies in aero engine tooling for major OEMs like CFM, Rolls-Royce, GE, Safran, and P&W, as well as aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We work with a diverse range of materials, producing components in sizes ranging from 2mm to 1200mm, and tooling up to 5 meters.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Accounts Manager based in Bengaluru North. The Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, preparing financial statements, and managing payroll processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining records for audits, conducting financial analysis, and liaising with internal teams as well as external financial stakeholders. The role also involves streamlining account management and contributing to strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and auditing practices
  • Competency with accounting software and tools, along with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Analytical skills for financial strategies, cash flow management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
