Position: Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, encompassing purchases, receipts, and sales. - Maintain and update general ledger accounts. - Reconcile bank statements and various financial records. - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits. - Monitor both accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Generate invoices and promptly process payments. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. - Provide support to the accounting team as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or ZOHO. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - CPA certification is a plus.
