Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Bengaluru North. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial health of the organization. Key tasks include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves leading cost control efforts, preparing financial reports, managing audits, coordinating with external stakeholders, and optimizing accounting processes to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures
  • Experience with cost control, financial analysis, and optimizing operational expenses
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and corporate finance practices
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and processes
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Educational qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry is a plus
