Key Responsibilities of a Senior Accountant :

  • Financial Record Management: Maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Account Reconciliation: Overseeing and performing bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial reports, statements, and analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Accounting Processes: Managing daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and GST/TDS compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and guidelines.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to improve financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Staff Supervision (in some cases): Supervising and managing junior accounting staff.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
