Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors.
  • Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms, rates, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project or production requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team to avoid shortages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term partnerships.
  • Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Monitor market trends, price changes, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports and cost analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
