Role & responsibilities -

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials (plastics, foam, rubber, felt packaging, etc.)
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to optimize cost without compromising quality
  • Ensure timely procurement to maintain uninterrupted production schedules
  • Maintain and analyze purchase records, price trends, and inventory levels
  • Ensure all purchases meet RoHS and other relevant compliance standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, quality, and accounts
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and suggest process improvements
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance and conduct audits when required

Preferred candidate profile-

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Commerce
  • Experience working with Tier 1 OEM's or fast-growing manufacturing setups
  • Knowledge of GST, import/export norms, and quality control documentatio
