Job Description – Purchase Executive (Female Candidate)

Position: Purchase Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Location: Greater Noida West

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end purchase operations for raw materials and engineering items.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors in the local market.
  • Negotiate rates, finalize purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly assess supplier performance.
  • Manage financial purchases valued at ₹50–60 Lakhs, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure on-time availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, vendor records, and pricing history.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidate with a solid track record in procurement/purchase.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and vendor networks for raw materials and engineering items.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value purchases (₹50–60 Lakhs).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchase management tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,573.95 per month
