Job description-
As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology solutions and services across multiple projects and accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with clients strategic goals and compliance standards. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and a customer-centric approach
Project & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services including application development, infrastructure, and support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead and mentor delivery teams including project managers, developers, analysts, and support staff.
- Manage resource allocation, hiring, and performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to clients IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
Support audits and risk assessments in collaboration with InfoSec and compliance teams.
Process Optimization
- Drive process improvements using Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies.
Implement best practices for delivery management, incident resolution, and change control.
10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects and service portfolios.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
