About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and storytelling-driven Content Strategist who can build and scale the content presence for both the company brand and the founder's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

This role requires someone who understands brand voice, business storytelling, industry trends, and how to package insights into high-performing content formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder's Personal Branding
  • Develop and manage the founder's content calendar across LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Write high-quality posts: leadership insights, startup learnings, industry views, company milestones
  • Conduct interviews with the founder to extract stories, frameworks, case studies & internal experiences
  • Analyze industry conversations and create content that positions the founder as a thought leader
  • Grow engagement and strategic reach through consistent, value-driven content
  • Company Branding & Content Strategy
  • Build content pillars for Divine Hindu (D2C, spiritual lifestyle, culture, products, education)
  • Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, newsletters & internal communication
  • Work closely with creative, marketing & product teams to create campaigns and brand narratives
  • Conceptualize video scripts, carousel ideas, storytelling formats & product education content
  • Support branding projects, new launches, campaigns & corporate storytelling
  • Research & Analytics
  • Track content performance and optimize for reach, engagement & retention
  • Research trends, top creators, industry insights & brand storytelling patterns

  • Build competitor & category benchmarking for positioning strategy

  • Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or social media writing
  • Strong command over long-form & short-form content
  • Proven experience writing for founders, CEOs or brand pages (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn content formats, hooks & engagement models
  • Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, relatable narratives
  • Strong research capability, structured thinking & creative mindset
  • Ownership-driven attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good to Have
    Background in D2C, wellness, lifestyle, or startup ecosystems
  • Experience in video scriptwriting or personal branding strategy
  • Understanding of AI tools for content workflows (ChatGPT, Notion, Jasper, etc.)
