Job Title: Property Manager – Atiti Homestays

Location: Zero Mile, Patna

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Industry: Hospitality (Homestays / Guest Houses)

About the Role

Atiti Homestays is looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain our premium hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and ensure smooth functioning.

Manage staff, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.

Handle guest check-in/check-out, inquiries, and grievance resolutions.

Maintain property cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Ensure all bookings are updated accurately on the company app (strictly no offline bookings).

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and monthly expense reports.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting as per company policies.

Ensure high levels of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

Implement company rules, policies, and inspection protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred).

Prior experience in Hospitality / Guest House / Hotel Management is an advantage.

Strong communication, management, and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with hospitality apps/software.
