• 10+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations

• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within a hotel, resort, or banquet-led property

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale banquet operations and multi-outlet F&B services

• Strong command over cost control, vendor negotiations, and menu engineering

• Passion for team development, guest satisfaction, and brand-aligned service delivery

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams

• Full-spectrum oversight of all F&B operations, including banquets, restaurants, bar, and in-room dining

• Strategic planning and execution of high-volume events and corporate functions

• Menu innovation, vendor management, and quality assurance across all touchpoints

• Recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff

• Budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability while maintaining brand standards
