Profile Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by implementing both online and offline sales and marketing strategies. The candidate should have strong expertise in customer database creation and management, follow-up management, and handling customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies (online & offline).


• Build and manage customer databases for lead generation and retention.


• Implement and monitor follow-up systems to ensure effective conversions.


• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure client satisfaction.


• Execute and track marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.


• Coordinate with management to meet revenue targets and reporting requirements.

Requirements


• Experience: 5–8 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.


• Age: 30–35 years.


• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).


• Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
