About Us
We are a growing IT & Digital Services company, seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base. This is a contract-based role with potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads in target markets.
- Pitch IT and digital service offerings to prospective clients.
- Manage leads efficiently through Salesforce CRM (or similar tools) – tracking, updating, and following up regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the contract duration.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in IT / digital services.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools) for lead management and follow-ups.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Knowledge of IT / digital service industry trends is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales.
- Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on client acquisition and revenue targets.
- 3–6 months contract, in-office role (Bangalore).
- Potential extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
