About Us

We are a growing IT & Digital Services company, seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base. This is a contract-based role with potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads in target markets.
  • Pitch IT and digital service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Manage leads efficiently through Salesforce CRM (or similar tools) – tracking, updating, and following up regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the contract duration.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in IT / digital services.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools) for lead management and follow-ups.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Knowledge of IT / digital service industry trends is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving goals.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales.
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives on client acquisition and revenue targets.
Contract Type
  • 3–6 months contract, in-office role (Bangalore).
  • Potential extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
