Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & KYC

Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle ensuring timely and accurate document collection, verification, and adherence to KYC and regulatory standards.

Transaction Processing

Execute and monitor Mutual Fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP setup/modifications with high accuracy and timeliness.

Non-Financial Transactions (NFT) Processing

Process changes such as bank updates, nominee additions, address modifications, FATCA and other compliance-related updates for mutual fund clients.

Record Management

Maintain accurate and updated records of client portfolios and mutual fund transactions.

Coordination & Client Support

Coordinate with fund houses, distributors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and timely resolution of operational and transactional queries.

Reporting & Data Management

Generate regular operational and investment reports including portfolio summaries, performance reports, and transaction details.

Reconciliation

Reconcile client portfolio records with platform or fund house data and resolve any discrepancies.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal standards; maintain updated knowledge of industry and compliance requirements.

Process Enhancement

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–2 years in back-office operations within financial services, specifically mutual fund operations
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIP processes, and compliance norms
  • Platform Advantage (Preferred):
  • Working knowledge of NSE NMF II platform
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
