Position: Call Center Telesales Agent

Position Overview:The Call Center Telesales Agent is responsible for driving online 2w / 3w / 4w loan product sales through proactive selling techniques and exemplary customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on digital channels to promote auto loan products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Help customers take online loan journeys and get loan sanction letters.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Service & Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with loan products features, benefits, pricing, Rate of interest, EMI, Tenure and other promotional offers.
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service and to share best practices.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each call.
- Update customer records in the company's database as required.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous telesales experience, preferably in an auto loan / vehicle insurance call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
