**Seeking a skilled and motivated Tele Caller Executive for a BPO Company in the Banking Process department. As a Tele Caller Executive in our Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, you will play a crucial role in selling financial banking products and services to prospective clients through telephone calls.**
**Position**: Call center agent
**Location**: Powai, Mumbai
**Qualification**: HSC or above
**Experience**: 0 to 4 years
**Salary**: Upto 18k
**Job Type**: Work from office
**Job Days**: 6 days
**Job Timing**: Rotational shift
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Banking Process in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
- Freshers are also eligible with Excellent Communication skills in English
- Basic or Good or Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients through telephone conversations
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our range of banking products and services
- Identify and understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions based on product knowledge and understanding of the banking industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
