Position Overview

We are looking for a
highly skilled Lead Developer
with a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in , modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend architecture, along with strong leadership skills to guide a development team through complex projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical excellence and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable backend systems using
  • Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines, version control, and DevOps processes.

Development & Delivery

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and external services efficiently.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
  • Manage deliverables, timelines, and project priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    of backend development experience.
