Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead MERN Stack Developer, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Lead MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for managing and guiding the development team, designing and developing high-quality web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring efficient performance and scalability, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining code quality through reviews and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MongoDB, , , and , Nest, Next js, Typescript, SQL,
  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
  • Ability to develop and maintain RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot/debug applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
