Voice Support Specialist

Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Voice Support Specialist International. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and at least one year of experience in international voice support, we want to hear from you This is a night shift role supporting US clients and requires immediate joiners.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with team and supervisors to achieve KPIs.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ year of experience in international voice process
- Excellent English communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with night shifts (US timing)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
BPO/KPO experience is a strong advantage
