Role Overview:

We are looking for a 
Compliance Officer (Registered with IFSCA)
 to oversee compliance operations, reporting, and policy frameworks for our newly incorporated IFSCA-regulated entity. The individual will be responsible for all IFSCA and SEZ compliance reporting, regulatory engagement, and policy implementation while supporting group-wide compliance initiatives. This is a mid-senior level individual contributor role that will evolve into a leadership position as the entity scales.

The role combines regulatory interface, policy design, reporting accountability, and remote operational oversight for group-wide compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all
    regulatory and compliance reporting
    with IFSCA, SEZ, and other authorities.
  • Design, implement, and periodically review
    KYC, AML/CFT, and Compliance frameworks
    for the GIFT City entity.
  • Provide
    oversight of onboarding and transaction monitoring
    processes, ensuring adherence to Skydo's policies.
  • Conduct
    internal QA reviews
    , audits, and compliance risk assessments to enhance control effectiveness.
  • Drive
    compliance training, awareness, and cross-functional collaboration
    across teams.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of
    AML/CFT, KYC, and Sanctions frameworks
  • 3–7 years' experience in
    Fintech, Bank, NBFC, or other regulated financial institutions
    .
  • Proven ability in
    regulatory reporting, policy drafting, and audit management
    .
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management and communication
    skills.
  • (Preferred) Prior experience with
    RBI-regulated entities
    and certifications like
    CAMS or CAMI
    .
