Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team. This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, and leadership, with the goal of positioning B2B Cognition as a trusted growth partner for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Oversee lead generation activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and optimize outreach.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on pipeline growth and delivery.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience (lead generation/agency/consulting background preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong business acumen.
