Position: Executive - Sales
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Qualification: B.A./B.Com./BBA/B.Sc. and/or MBA in Finance/Marketing
Gender: Preferably Female
Job Description:
- Handling any order enquiries received from existing customers through email and phone.
- Coordinate with the Billing section to book orders.
- Sending e-brochures, quotations and samples to customers.
- Follow up for monthly orders and share the 'Order acknowledgement' with the customer.
- Coordinate with the Material Planning department for the tentative date of delivery and follow up for daily dispatches.
- Register any customer complaints or rejections and follow up with the Quality department to resolve customer complaints.
- Forward debit note to accounts in case of rejection.
- Act as Customer Relationship Manager. Coordinate with other departments for any special customer requests.
- Follow up with the customer for payments, customer rating, and conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey.
- Collect customer details to add a new customer to the company's database.
- Reconciliation of the Financial statements of customer invoices.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of preparing MIS reports.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting.
- Strong communication Skills, including writing.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Excel Sheets.
- Good Mathematical Skills and the ability to work as per deadlines.
