Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Mohali district. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales leads, managing client relationships, delivering product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Sales CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Identify and approach potential customers through
field visits, cold calls, and networking. - Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries.
- Collect market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to support business strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/records daily.
Requirements :
- Proven experience (0-6 Months) in
field sales, direct sales
, or business development. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an added advantage.
