Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Export Sales Executive who can close international deals, manage buyers, and take ownership of markets. If you're tired of slow processes and limited territories, this is your chance to join a company that values action and ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage international buyers/distributors/importers across assigned geographies.
Handle the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closing the deal.
Manage inquiries from B2B platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, ExportHub).
Build strong relationships with overseas clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments and compliance.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer-seller meets as required.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in USD.
Eligibility:
Minimum 3–6 years of export sales experience in any industry (Agro/Pharma/FMCG preferred).
Proven track record of closing international orders and developing new markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and aggressive in approach.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and B2B platforms.
