
Global Export Sales and Business Development Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Senior Executive – International Sales & BD, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with relevant overseas organisations and clients for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our product exports to existing and new markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, product brochures, and client presentations through MS Office and online tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical / Hospital Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device company.
- Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (approx. 3 - 4 times in a year). Adaptability to different international markets and cultures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
