Role & responsibilities :

  • Preferred : Language: Bengali / Immediate Joiner preferred.
  • Candidate should be from Noida and nearest to Sector 2
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, LC docs).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking and dispatch of consignments.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and international trade regulations.
  • Prepare & submit export documents to banks for negotiation under LC / Collection.
  • Track shipments and update buyers with shipment status.
  • Manage export incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS) and ensure timely claim submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, production, and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update management on shipment/documentation timelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Export Documentation / Logistics / International Business.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Candidates from Rubber, Chemicals, FMCG, Export House, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and familiar with ERP systems.
