About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Travel Consultant (Fresher) to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about travel, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a rewarding career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Provide information on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and travel documentation.
- Handle customer queries and offer prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for reservations and confirmations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries as per client requirements.
- Maintain client records and ensure smooth post-booking communication.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and visa requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel/Tourism background preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Knowledge of travel industry software or GDS (an added advantage).
