Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant - Fresher role located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will assist clients by planning and organizing travel arrangements, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring successful bookings for flights, accommodations, and other travel services. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, handling travel-related inquiries, and providing support for any travel issues or adjustments. Additionally, the Travel Consultant will collaborate with the team to offer professional travel management insights and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide seamless client experiences and handle inquiries
  • Experience in Reservations including booking and confirming travel plans efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in an on-site, team-focused environment in Pune
  • Familiarity with travel software platforms and tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory
