Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Travel Sales Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences and providing customized travel solutions. Core responsibilities include planning and booking travel itineraries, developing appealing travel packages, promoting Trek Panda's services, maintaining customer relationships, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and client communication
  • Knowledge of Travel Planning, Itinerary Development, and Destination Expertise, especially in trekking and eco-tourism
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaign Management skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and travel booking software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly preferred
