Role Overview

. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and customer-oriented, capable of managing travel logistics, supporting event execution, and handling day-to-day operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Client Services:

  • Plan and coordinate 
    domestic and international travel
     for clients, including flights, hotels, transport, and itineraries.
  • Handle 
    reservations, bookings, and travel documentation
    , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent 
    customer service
    , offering personalized travel solutions and support.

Field Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct 
    client meetings and field visits
     to understand travel and event requirements.
  • Promote travel services and packages, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.

Event Operations:

  • Support the planning and on-ground execution of 
    corporate events, conferences, and group travel programs
    .
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and logistics partners to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and client communication during execution.

Office Administration & Operations:

  • Oversee 
    day-to-day office operations
    , procurement, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle 
    administrative tasks
     such as documentation, reporting, and record management.
  • Support internal teams with operational requirements and assist in maintaining a productive office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in 
    Travel Consulting

    Field Sales

    Event Management
    , or 
    Office Administration
    .
  • Strong 
    organizational, multitasking, and communication
     skills.
  • Excellent 
    customer service orientation
     and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency with 
    MS Office, travel booking systems
    , and basic administrative tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
    , or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of 
    domestic and international travel policies and event logistics
    .
