Function Description:

This position is for "Corporate Purchasing Card Administration", mainly for US and Canada Market.

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for meeting SLA & compliance by ensuring optimum productivity & 100% accuracy

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for the Issuance of Corporate Purchasing Card & their maintenance. Also, to assure that Dormant CPC Card would be timely communicated & cancelled. Alongside managing "Program Administrator" responsibilities for ~20 markets.

• Ensure compliance within SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area/Market.
• Should maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.
• Required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.

Critical Factors to Success:

• Issuance of CPC Card & their maintenance.
• Managing the responsibilities of "Program Administrator".
• Assure Control & Compliance, since this process mainly pertains to US Market.

Past Experience:

• Minimum work experience of 2 - 3 years with good communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Prior Knowledge of Atwork, Oracle and Payments processes will be an advantage

Academic Background:

• The incumbent should either be a Graduate or higher

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

• Must have strong analytical skills, maturity, good judgment, positive/independent/ structured approach
• Should be able to operate in a Global environment
• Basic Understanding of the "Expense Reimbursement Policy"

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Email handling & MS office working knowledge

Knowledge of Platforms:

• Outlook Web App – Writing Emails
• Oracle – Basic Understanding
