To strengthen our marketing and sales impact, we're looking for a dynamic Content Creator who can craft engaging, high-performing content across multiple digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Sulopa Technologies, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing compelling content in the form of blogs, social media posts, product videos, case studies, reels, infographics, and more. Your primary goal will be to increase our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales by creating content that resonates with our target audience (enterprise clients, decision-makers, and IT leaders).

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand business goals and create a content calendar.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to align content with audience needs.
• Content Creation
• Write and edit engaging blogs, articles, case studies, email campaigns, website copy, and product descriptions.
• Create short-form and long-form video content (explainer videos, reels, tutorials, webinars, client success stories).
• Design creative, engaging, and brand-aligned social media posts and infographics.
• Social Media & Community Engagement
• Manage and grow Sulopa's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
• Develop creative campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and product awareness.
• Product Marketing Content
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop product demos, how-to guides, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
• Convert technical information into simple, customer-focused stories that highlight product value.
• Performance & Analytics
• Track, measure, and report the performance of content (views, engagement, lead generation, conversions).
• Optimize content based on insights and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or social media strategist (preferably in IT/Software/SaaS industry).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts.
• Hands-on experience with video creation & editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Proficiency in content management & design tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Figma).
• Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and performance marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
