We are looking for a skilled Cloud Kitchen Manager to join our team at NIPS School of Hotel Management, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing kitchens, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of food presentation and quality.
