Key Responsibilities:

SEM:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize search engine campaigns across Google and other platforms. 2. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights.

Customer Engagement (WA & SMS Marketing):

  1. Develop and manage WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.

  2. Segment audiences, personalize communication, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Social Media Management:

  3. Own the growth strategy for brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).

  4. Create and implement content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns. 3. Monitor engagement, optimize for reach, and drive follower growth with a data-driven approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with brand, product, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  2. Manage external agencies or partners when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 56 years of experience in SEM, social media management, and digital campaign execution.

  2. Hands-on experience in WhatsApp and SMS marketing platforms.

  3. Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.).

  4. Ability to design and execute growth strategies for digital platforms.]

  5. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  6. BFSI experience (preferred but not mandatory).
