Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Aurangabad division. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the company's fire safety products and services. The specialist will also be involved in training team members, creating proposals for clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
