Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients every month for digital & influencer marketing services.
  • Pitch and close high-ticket deals ranging from ₹2.5–3.5 lakhs+ monthly.
  • Generate leads independently using LinkedIn, Lusha, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate with decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads for profitable closures.
  • Maintain updated sales reports, deal pipelines, and monthly revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing sales (agency background preferred).
  • Proven record of closing 2–3 deals per month.
  • Strong lead generation skills with ability to bring clients independently.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing workflows and digital agency operations.
  • Personal laptop and willingness to work 6 days a week.
