Job description
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking full time Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead for one our healthcare client's IT and digital transformation initiatives. The CIO will play a crucial role in developing robust, secure, and scalable technology systems that underpin our nationwide retail operations. This position will emphasise driving digital innovation, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure is prepared for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's comprehensive IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
- Develop, enhance, and sustain scalable systems that support nationwide retail operations.
- Propel data analytics initiatives to foster business growth and enhance decision-making.
- Maintain rigorous standards for cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance.
- Partner with business leaders to seamlessly integrate technology across retail operations, supply chain, finance, and customer experience.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture the IT team to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Over years of IT leadership experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior management position.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
