Job Description:

We are recruiting
college interns
to join our award-winning
FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC)
and
FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)
teams in Mumbai as
Outreach, Documentation & Fundraising Mentors
.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with some of India's leading student robotics teams, gain hands-on exposure to the global
FIRST ecosystem
, and build a strong profile for your future career.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Community Engagement
  • Support the team in planning and executing outreach programs, workshops, and school/community demos.
  • Assist with social media, presentations, and public relations activities to highlight team initiatives.
  • Documentation
  • Help prepare and maintain detailed engineering notebooks, project portfolios, and award submissions.
  • Capture and organize team activities, match logs, and outreach events in line with FTC/FRC judging standards.
  • Fundraising & Sponsorship
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, donor communication, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Liaise with companies, alumni, and partners to expand the team's sponsorship network.

Duration & Commitment

  • FTC Internship:
    1st October 2025 – 28th February 2026
  • FRC Internship:
    1st October 2025 – 31st March 2026
  • Work Schedule:
  • Saturday & Sunday:
    Full-day in-person
  • Monday – Friday:
    Part-time / flexible (with provision for weekday leave as required)

Ideal for:
College students passionate about STEM, education, outreach, or project management. No prior robotics experience required – training will be provided. Strong command over English language and documentation is a big plus. Strong command over ethical and proper usage of AI is a must.
