As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales process. You will represent the company to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and help turn prospects into customers. This role is ideal for freshers who are confident, energetic, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or referrals.
  • Client Outreach: Connect with prospects, explain offerings, and schedule meetings.
  • Presentations & Meetings: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to showcase products/services.
  • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Keep prospects engaged and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordination: Work with marketing, operations, or senior sales for proposals, onboarding, and smooth client experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain lead and client information in CRM or Excel; report weekly progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, confident, and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, tele-calling, and client interaction.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
