Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

The GeM Portal & Tender Manager will be responsible for managing and driving business opportunities through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and E-Procurement Portals. The candidate will oversee product catalog management, tender submission, bid participation, and coordination with government departments, ensuring all tendering processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
  • Upload, update, or delete products/services, specifications, and prices on the GeM portal.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in prescribed formats within stipulated time limits.
  • Handle different types of bids – Bunch Bid, Reverse Auction, Custom Bid, and Normal Bid.
  • Track live and submitted tenders from floating to contract award stage.
  • Coordinate with respective departments and government officials for tender clarifications and documentation.
  • Create Technical Compliance Statements and manage both technical and financial aspects of the bidding process.
  • Maintain and update tender status reports, follow up on results, and prepare post-bid documentation.
  • Respond to GeM client queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in State and Central Government e-tenders.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and order processing through the GeM portal.
  • Explore opportunities and support sales growth through E-commerce platforms (Amazon & Flipkart).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in handling GeM and Government Tenders (minimum 4 years).
  • Strong understanding of e-Procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in GeM portal operations, bid submission, and catalog management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
