Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete post-sales customer journey—from booking to possession
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data, payment schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams to ensure timely demand letters, receipts, and handovers
- Handle customer queries, grievances, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain MIS reports for management
- Drive customer satisfaction through regular communication, updates, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory documentation
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 years of CRM experience in real estate
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and documentation workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or custom real estate CRMs
- Familiarity with RERA processes and possession formalities
