Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the coordination point between senior executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth communication flow.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, proposals, and LinkedIn communication.

  • Use tools like ChatGPT to draft communication, summarize discussions, and prepare briefs.

  • Research and prepare short notes or talking points for meetings and events.

  • Coordinate across multiple projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.

  • Maintain a professional tone and high attention to detail in all interactions.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using AI tools (especially ChatGPT) for research, writing, and coordination.

Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and time management.

Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and clients across industries.

High emotional intelligence and ability to read people/situations sensitively.

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Educational Background:

MA in English or Psychology preferred.
