Manager - Business Development

The Business Development Manager at DAD Interior Studio plays a vital role in expanding the company's client base, nurturing business relationships, and driving project growth. This position bridges creative vision with strategic business development to ensure clients receive tailored interior design solutions that align with their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning & Client Acquisition
- Develop strategic business plans to expand client networks and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Create and execute acquisition plans to onboard potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Lead Nurturing & Deal Negotiation
- Engage with prospective clients through effective communication and personalized follow-ups.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and negotiate business deals, proposals, and agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis
- Visit client sites to assess design requirements and spatial conditions.
- Understand functional, aesthetic, and budgetary expectations of clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to translate client requirements into feasible design solutions.
- Design Presentation & Coordination
- Present preliminary design concepts and proposals in collaboration with the design team.
- Gather client feedback and ensure seamless communication between the client and internal departments.
- Support project handover and follow-up for client satisfaction and repeat business.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or Real Estate industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
