Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents, based on a level knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs.
• Position Microsoft licensing benefits against competitive licensing programs to Sales Agents and customers.
• Provide licensing guidance to sellers and customers to ensure customers are moving into the proper licensing program.
• Review pipeline to ensure guidance followed.
• Create COE as appropriate.
• Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitor.
Skills Needed:
• Graduation degree preferred.
• 2-3 Years team handling
• 8+ years IT licensing renewals experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience working with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 licensing solutions or similar solutions preferred.
• Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred.
• A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, and presentations.
• General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
• Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaboration
