Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents, leveraging a level knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs.
  • Position Microsoft licensing benefits effectively against competitive licensing programs to Sales Agents and customers.
  • Provide licensing guidance to sellers and customers to ensure correct licensing program adoption.
  • Review sales pipeline regularly to ensure compliance with licensing guidance.
  • Create Certificate of Eligibility (COE) as appropriate.
  • Continuously research and update knowledge on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors.

Skills Needed:

  • Graduation degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience handling teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT licensing renewals with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 licensing solutions or similar preferred.
  • Background in sales/customer service relationships; telephone experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with a consistent record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral, written, and verbal communication abilities; adept at phone, email, and presentation communication.
  • General IT industry knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and retain product and business solution information.
  • Achievement-driven personality, motivated by exceeding sales goals through strategic leadership and cross-business collaboration.
