Job Role:

We are looking for a
Licensing Executive
who has hands-on experience in managing and processing various government registrations and licenses such as
FSSAI Registration, PSARA, NITI Aayog, IEC, and other statutory licenses.
The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of compliance requirements and excellent coordination skills with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end processing
    of licenses and registrations such as FSSAI, PSARA, NITI Aayog, IEC, MSME, etc.
  • Prepare and verify documentation as per respective department requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities and portals for application submission and follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of applied, approved, and pending licenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of licensing projects.
  • Keep updated with the latest government notifications and compliance regulations.
  • Assist clients in resolving queries related to license renewals and amendments.

Required Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of government licensing procedures and portals (FSSAI, PSARA, DGFT, NGO Darpan, etc.)
  • Good understanding of compliance and documentation standards.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Legal background preferred).
  • 1–2 years
    of relevant experience in licensing, registration, or compliance roles.
