Support role in the organisation, providing assistance to various teams, including accounts, HR, and safety. This position focuses on completing administrative work, data entry, recordkeeping, and supporting daily operations to ensure all departments function efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist various departments like accounts, HR, safety, and admin in routine office activities and tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry work, maintain and update records, and handle documentation and filing.
- Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and basic accounting records for the accounts department.
- Help HR with documentation, onboarding, attendance maintenance, and leave record management.
- Assist the safety department in maintaining training records, incident documentation, and compliance paperwork.
- Handle office correspondence, respond to emails, and manage internal and external communication as required.
- Coordinate with staff to organize files, update databases, and schedule meetings or training sessions.
- Carry out additional administrative duties or support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
